Hi, my name is Sandra Hendrix. My husband and I have been married for over forty years. We have 2 sons, 2 granddaughters, 4 dogs and 2 cats. We live on forty acres in southwest Missouri. I have an accounting degree and worked in business for 10 years.
I got in to quilting 20 years ago when I stopped in a little quilt shop to take a break from driving and fell in love with a bargello quilt the owner had hanging on the wall. I asked about it and found out the shop was offering a beginner’s quilting class, which I took and found out, I love quilting! I got into longarm quilting through the same shop. I helped the owner in the shop in exchange for using the shop’s longarm. It is exciting to see a quilt coming together. Every quilt deserves quilting.
